Stillwater Lift Bridge – one of Stillwater’s most well-known attractions, the bridge is hard to miss! It can even be seen while enjoying a glass of wine from Northern Vineyard’s deck! The Stillwater Lift Bridge, built in 1931, is a vertical lift-bridge spanning the St. Croix River. On the National Register of Historic Places it is one of only three remaining lift bridges in the U.S. The “lift” still operates to allow boats to pass. When a new bridge is completed the Stillwater Lift Bridge will only carry pedestrian and bicycle traffic.

Historic Courthouse – Built in 1867 the Washington County Courthouse is the oldest courthouse in Minnesota and is on the National Historic Register.

Stillwater Library – The Stillwater Library was built in 1901 and made possible through a grant from Andrew Carnegie. The library is an example of Renaissance Revival architecture and offers stunning views of the St. Croix River Valley.
