Minnesota Varietals

Minnesota Varietals

Our white and rose wines are named for either the type of grape (Edelweiss) or a native Minnesota wild flower (Prairie Smoke, Lady Slipper). Tasting profiles show the range of dry to fully sweet, like Oktoberfest, and all have a huge fan base.

Edelweiss

EDELWEISS
Edelweiss is a dry, barrel-aged, white wine made from the Edelweiss grape grown right outside of Stillwater, Minnesota. In the style of an Austrian white wine, it has distinctive floral tannin with light hints of apricot and citrus. Pairs very well with fish or chicken.
